Aroma steam bath and salt steam bath


The classic steam bath has a humidity of 100%, a temperature of 45 ° C to 50 ° C, with heated benches and a floor. Hot steam strengthens blood circulation, improves metabolism, kidney function, liver and gastrointestinal tract.

Inhaling essences of herbs, myrtle, eucalyptus or salt air is beneficial for the lungs and respiratory system. Steam baths must be accompanied by cooling treatments such as a cold shower or ice room.

Recommendations:

  • Before visiting the steam bath for the first time, consult a doctor.
  • It is forbidden to use the steam bath after using alcohol and drugs such as stimulants, hypnotics, drugs and sedatives. It is advisable not to enter immediately after eating or exercising.
  • If at some point during your stay in the steam bath you feel sick, it is desirable to go out into the fresh air in a room with normal temperature.


Procedures:

  • Before entering the steam bath you should wash in a shower with warm water
  • The stay in the steam bath is unlimited.
  • After staying in the steam bath it is mandatory to cool the body.


For whom the use of a steam bath is not suitable:

For people suffering from cardiovascular diseases, for pregnant women, for people suffering from anemia, epilepsy, hepatitis, asthma, cancer and for people with dilated capillaries on the skin.

Finnish sauna

The Finnish sauna is a dry cabin with air temperatures from 80 ° C to 110 ° C.

Heating is done by special stoves in which volcanic stones are located. The combination of the heat of the sauna together with the subsequent application of cooling the body, strengthens blood vessels, helps cleanse toxins, speeds up metabolism and strengthens the immune system. For some diseases (asthma, rheumatism, osteochondrosis), the sauna has a beneficial effect


Procedure:

Before entering the sauna: the body is washed in a shower with warm water and dried.

  • Stay in the sauna: If you are doing this procedure for the first time, stay inside for a short time. Before leaving, sit for a few minutes to stabilize blood circulation.
  • It is mandatory to consult a doctor before visiting the Finnish sauna for the first time.
  • Don't stay longer than 15 minutes!
  • Pause - cooling: Cooling is mandatory and is done immediately after leaving the sauna.Rest: It is needed both before entering and after the procedure. During these minutes, the fluid content in the body normalizes.
  • Do not drink alcoholic drinks.

Biosauna
The bio sauna or light sauna has a temperature of 60 ° C to 65 ° C, humidity - 60-70%. It uses various herbs that have a beneficial effect on the respiratory tract.

  • It is mandatory to consult a doctor before visiting the bio sauna for the first time. Two to three procedures in the biosauna are enough to increase the body's defenses against disease. Do not stay longer than 15 minutes!

Extreme showers can take you through the rainforests of Africa, as well as the refreshing, almost chilling, polar regions of Antarctica. The extreme shower is available as a means of cooling the body after procedures in the sauna or steam bath.
